1. Who Can Take Part

1.1. You are eligible if you purchase any of the specially marked qualifying products or spend a specific amount that meets the promotion's threshold during the campaign period.

1.2. The promotion is NOT open to employees of Amandla Mobile or Victory Lab stores, or their immediate family.

1.3. No bulk purchases: Buying more than one of the same qualifying products in a single day or a single transaction will disqualify you from receiving more than one (1) promotional voucher.

1.4. The promotion is only valid at participating stores and while stocks of the vouchers last.

2. How the Promotion Works

2.1. When you make a Qualifying Purchase (buying a specific product or meeting a spend threshold), you will receive a promotional data voucher. 

2.2. The specific products, the required spend amounts, and the exact amount of data you will receive will be clearly displayed on promotional material at all participating Victory Lab stores.

3. Getting and Using Your Data Voucher

3.1. One Voucher per Purchase: You can only receive one data voucher for each single qualifying transaction you make. 

3.2. Collecting Your Voucher: After your Qualifying Purchase is complete, you will receive a physical reward voucher from the cashier at the point of sale. 

3.3. Who Can Use the Data? The data can only be loaded onto an active Amandla Mobile SIM card. .
3.3.1 If you are not an Amandla Mobile subscriber, you must first purchase and activate an Amandla Mobile SIM card at a participating Victory Lab store before you can redeem your voucher. 

3.4. Voucher Expiry: You must redeem your physical voucher within one (1) year from the date it was issued. Vouchers not redeemed within this time will expire. 

3.5. Data Expiry: Once the data is successfully loaded onto your Amandla Mobile SIM card, the promotional data will be valid for seven (7) days from the date of redemption, unless stated otherwise on the promotional material.

4. If You Qualify for More Than One Promotion

If your single purchase qualifies for more than one data promotion, we follow these rules to ensure you get the best deal, but you will only receive ONE voucher:

1. Specific Deals Win: A promotion linked to buying a specific product (like an AmaZulu Jersey) always takes priority over a general "spend R500" promotion.
2. Biggest Data Wins: You will always be awarded the voucher that provides the largest amount of data (e.g., a 1GB voucher takes priority over a 500MB voucher).
3. Product Deals Win Same Data: If two promotions offer the exact same amount of data (e.g., two 1GB deals), the voucher linked to a specific product purchase will be chosen over a general spend reward.
4. No Combining: You cannot combine or stack multiple promotional vouchers from one transaction.
   
   

5. Limited Liability

5.1. Fraud: Amandla Mobile has the right to verify any purchase and may refuse to issue a voucher if we suspect any fraudulent activity or misuse of the promotion.

 5.2. Final Sale: Promotions are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, or converted to credit. 

5.3. Changes: Amandla Mobile reserves the right to change or cancel these promotions at any time without prior notice. 

5.4. Limitation of Liability: Amandla Mobile and Victory Lab stores are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the promotional data, or any failure of your device or the telecommunications network.

6. Protecting Your Information

6.1 Your personal information will be handled according to Amandla Mobile’s Privacy Policy, available at [INSERT AMANDLA MOBILE PRIVACY POLICY LINK].

6.2 By taking part in the promotion, you agree that we may collect and use your details to manage the campaign and send you future updates or offers.

6.3 You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Amandla Mobile Support via WhatsApp at 063 901 0000 or email support@megsapp.com. Please note that opting out may limit your ability to take part in future promotions.

7. General Information

7.1. Amandla Mobile reserves the right to immediately and without prior notice disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, misrepresentation, or any conduct that interferes with the fair operation of the promotion.

7.2. Promotional data vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

7.3. Amandla Mobile reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its discretion without prior notice.

7.4. By participating, customers agree to comply fully with these Terms & Conditions.

7.5. For queries, disputes, or technical assistance related to promotional data, customers may contact Amandla Mobile Support via WhatsApp at 063 901 0000 or email support@megsapp.com within 48 hours of the qualifying purchase.

7.6. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
